Ingredients
5 cups honey
2 cups chili garlic paste
2 tbsp green onions, (green tops only), minced
1 tbsp rice vinegar
½ tsp ground cumin
½ tsp ground coriander
½ tsp salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a saucepot and bring to a simmer.
Continue simmering for roughly 15 minutes until reduced by ½ and glaze has thickened.
Allow to cool down completely on cooling racks before storage. You can either serve this as a condiment or tossed it together with fried or roasted items like chicken wings.
