Ingredients

1cupquinoa,uncooked

1½cupsstrawberries,sliced

1cupblackberries

1cupblueberries

1mango,diced

¼cuphoney

2tbsplime juice

1tbspbasil,chopped, for garnish

Preparation

Rinse and prepare the quinoa according to package. Let quinoa cool to room temperature.

In a large bowl, combine the quinoa, strawberries, blueberries, and mango.

In a small bowl combine the honey and lime juice. Drizzle over the fruit salad and toss to coat.

Garnish with fresh basil, serve, and enjoy!
