Ingredients

6tbspred wine vinegar

3tbsphoney

¾cupVegetable Oil

½tspdried oregano

1½tspsalt

½tspground black pepper

2chipotle peppers in adobo sauce

2smallgarlic cloves,roughly chopped

Preparation

Combine all of the ingredients in a blender or mini food processor and process until smooth. Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
