Ingredients

1 cup plain low-fat , or nonfat yogurt

¼ cup fresh dill, snipped

1 tbsp horseradish root, grated

2 tsp fresh lemon juice

¼ tsp Dijon style mustard

Preparation

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients.

Mix well.

Cover and refrigerate.

Serve with poached, grilled, or baked fish and seafood.
