Ingredients
4 cardamom pods
4 black peppercorns
4 cloves
1 cinnamon stick
4 slices fresh ginger, quarter slices
2 tbsp honey, or 2 tbsp sugar
milk
Preparation
Place the cardamom pods, black peppercorns, cloves, cinnamon stick, ginger, honey, and milk in 2½ cups of water.
Heat for 30 minutes, but do not boil. Strain.
Add honey and milk.
Serve and enjoy!
