Ingredients

10ozgreen olives with pimientos,(1 jar)

1½tspdried oregano

1clovegarlic

3tbspolive oil

¼cupfresh parsley,chopped

4large crusty rolls,splits

½lbhard salami,sliced

½lbham,sliced

½lbprovolone,sliced

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a small bowl, combine the chopped olives with the oregano, garlic, oil, and parsley.

Spread some of the olive mixture on the bottom half of each roll. Top the olive salad with the salami, ham, and provolone. Cover with the tops of the rolls and then wrap each sandwich in aluminum foil.

Bake for about 15 minutes until cheese melts.

Serve and enjoy.
