Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

16 oz taco sauce

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

1 cup Original Bisquick

½ cup milk

1 egg

sour cream

parsley

Preparation

Heat oven to 400 degrees F.

Cook beef and onion in an oven-proof 10-inch skillet over medium heat, stirring occasionally until beef is brown; then drain.

Stir in taco sauce. Sprinkle it with cheese. Stir remaining ingredients until blended.

Pour the beef mixture into a round baking pan lined with parchment paper. Bake for about 30 minutes or until golden brown.

You can add sour cream, chopped lettuce, and tomatoes for toppings.
