Ingredients

4 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp tahini

2 avocados, peeled, pitted, and roughly chopped, or 10 oz frozen avocado chunks

¼ cup cilantro, chopped

3 tbsp olive oil

1 clove garlic, chopped

¼ tsp cayenne pepper

salt and ground black pepper, to taste

¼ tsp paprika, per serving

Preparation

In a blender or food processor, combine all the ingredients and puree until smooth.

Season to taste with salt and pepper. Adjust accordingly.

Transfer to a serving bowl. Garnish with paprika and serve with tortilla or nacho chips.
