Ingredients
1 medium cabbage, cut up
1½ cups rice
½ lb ground beef
½ lb ground pork
1 can tomato sauce
1 large onion, chopped fine
1 green bell pepper, finely chopped
2 cups water
2 tbsp vegetable oil
Preparation
Put oil in a baking dish and layer half of the raw cabbage, raw rice, two ground meats mixed together, onions, and pepper.
Pour ½ can of the tomato sauce over layers.
Repeat with another layer of the same ingredients.
Pour remaining sauce, salt and pepper, and 2 cups of water over layers.
Bake for 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serve and enjoy!
