Ingredients
16 oz whole strawberries, frozen
¼ cup granulated sugar
2½ cups orange juice
25 oz champagne, or sparkling wine
Preparation
Thaw fruit at room temperature but do not drain.
Place fruit in a blender container or food processor bowl.
Add sugar.
Cover and blend or process until smooth.
Stir in orange juice. *
Slowly stir in champagne or sparkling wine.
Serve over ice garnished with an orange slice and strawberry.
