Ingredients

1½ cups cornflake crumbs

3 tbsp parmesan cheese, grated

½ tsp salt

garlic powder, (1 dash)

4 zucchini, small, cut into ½-inch strips, unpeeled

3 eggs, beaten

5 cups vegetable oil

½ cup cream cheese sauce, (or any sauce of choice) 

Preparation

Preheat oil in a deep skillet to 375 degrees F.

Combine the crumbs, cheese, and seasonings in a plastic bag.

Coat the zucchini strips in the egg and dip in the crumbs to coat.

Place into the hot oil and fry until golden brown.

Drain onto a plate lined with a paper towel, and serve with your sauce of choice!
