Ingredients

1 ½ cups heavy cream

1 ½ cups orange juice

½ cup yogurt

1 tbsp sugar

1 cup fresh strawberries, blue-berries, raspberries, or blackberries, sliced

whole nutmeg , for garnish, grated

Preparation

Put all of the ingredients except the berries in the container of an electric blender.

Blend on high speed for 10 seconds.

Divide liquid between 4 chilled soup cups.

Add a quarter of the berries to each cup and garnish each with a dusting of grated nutmeg.
