Ingredients
2 lb red potatoes, quartered or sliced
16 oz cream cheese, or 2 pkgs. softened
1 can cream of potato soup, undiluted
1 envelope buttermilk ranch salad dressing mix
fresh dill, for garnish
Preparation
Place potatoes in bottom of slow cooker.
Beat cream cheese, soup and salad dressing.
Pour mixture on top of the potatoes.
Cover and cook on LOW settings for 8 hours.
