Ingredients
½ spaghetti squash, steamed, removed from shell
26 oz meatless spaghetti sauce
¼ cup green pepper, diced
¼ cup onion, chopped
¼ cup fresh mushrooms, sliced
1 zucchini, sliced
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in crockpot.
Cover and cook on low for 3 to 4 hours until zucchini is soft and everything is heated through.
Sprinkle with parmesan cheese to serve
