Ingredients
12 oz dates, preferably Mabroom, large, pitted
2½ cups confectioner’s sugar
⅓ cup condensed milk, sweetened
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ tsp almond extract
½ tsp orange extract, or coconut extract
⅛ tsp salt
⅕ cup pistachios, finely chopped
⅓ cup white chocolate, roasted and chopped
Preparation
For the fondant, whisk to combine sugar, milk, salt, and flavorings. Mix fondant until very smooth and creamy.
Fill each date with roughly 1 tablespoon fondant, then place these onto your lined baking sheet.
Drizzle melted chocolate onto your stuffed dates, then sprinkle pistachios.
Set aside in a chilled area. Allow your chocolate to firm up, roughly an hour.
Serve chilled.
