Ingredients

2 mint sprigs, fresh

¼ cup lemon juice

6 black tea, (bags)

3 cups water, boiling

1 cup granulated sugar

5 cups water, cold

Preparation

Prepare a pot of boiling water and brew the black tea with the mint sprigs for 5 minutes.

Strain or remove the tea bags and mint. Pour the brewed tea into a pitcher.

Add the sugar, lemon juice, and water then stir until the sugar dissolves.

Serve over ice, garnished with fresh sprigs of mint and a slice of lemon per glass. Enjoy!
