Ingredients
1 cup bread flour
1½ cups all-purpose flour, add more for dusting
1 tbsp baking soda
1 tbsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
3 tbsp granulated sugar
½ cup unsalted butter, cubed
1½ cups raisins
¾ cup milk
3 tbsp apple cider vinegar

Preparation
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Grease two baking sheets with cooking spray
Sift together both flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and sugar in large bowl.
Add butter and knead with hands and fingers until incorporated.
Make a well in the middle of the dough and pour in the milk, vinegar, and raisins. Stir until evenly incorporated.
Dust your working area with flour and transfer your dough on it.
Knead dough for roughly 4 to 5 minutes.
Divide in two balls and place on baking sheets.
When ready, bake the bread for 15 minutes, then increase the heat to 400 degrees F.
Continue baking until the bread is golden brown, for approximately 15 more minutes.
Serve with choice of spreads, roughly ¼ cup spread per serving.
