½cupbutter,melted

¼cupwhite sugar

½cupdark brown sugar

2large eggs

1tspvanilla extract

2medium bananas,ripe

½cupsour cream

1½cupsflour

1tspbaking soda

½tspsalt

1cupwalnuts,chopped once

2cupspowdered sugar

4tbspmilk

1tspvanilla

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F and butter and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan.

In a large bowl, whisk together butter and sugar. Add in the eggs, and vanilla, then sour cream, and finally the bananas.

Add the flour, baking soda, salt, and walnuts, whisking it until just combined into the butter mixture until smooth.

Pour the mixture to the loaf pan, then bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

To make the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla together well. Microwave for 10 seconds, if needed, to loosen.

Pour the glaze over the bread, then garnish with walnuts. Enjoy!
