Ingredients

3 tbsp cornstarch

¼ cup brown sugar, packed

½ tsp salt

2 cups heavy cream

1½ oz Irish cream liqueur

1½ oz Irish whiskey

1 cup coffee, hot and brewed

1 tbsp whipped cream, optional

Chocolate shavings, for topping

Preparation

Whisk heavy cream, cornstarch, sugar, and salt together in a saucepan.

Bring the mixture to a bubble until thickened and smooth. Remove from the heat.

Mix together the Irish cream and Irish whiskey then pour coffee and mix.

Pour in a coffee mug and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings if desired. Serve and enjoy!
