Ingredients
2 lb Velveeta Cheese, room temperature
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1½ cup mayonnaise
8 oz beer
Preparation
Shred the cheese and place it in a large bowl.
Add the spices, mayonnaise, and 7 ounces of beer. Mix with an electric mixer until smooth.
If needed, add the next ounce of beer, then mix until completely smooth.
Add extra Tabasco sauce if you like it really hot.
Garnish with parsley and serve.
