Ingredients

1 kiwi, peeled and cut into chunks

1 tsp ground flax seeds

1 mango, cut into chunks

⅓ cup mango nectar, or juice syrup from canned mangoes

⅓ cup plain yogurt, full fat

5 ice cubes, small

1 slice kiwi, per glass

Preparation

Add the kiwi, mango nectar, mango, yogurt, ground flax seeds and ice cubes into the blender.

Blend until smooth.

Pour into tall glasses.

Serve with kiwi slices while cold, and enjoy!
