1granny smith applediced

2kale leavesstems removed

2leaves romaine lettuce

1celery stalkchopped

½cupenglish cucumberchopped

½cupice wateroptional

1cupcrushed ice

3ozSilver Tequila

1ozsimple syrup

1limejuiced

¼cupkosher salt

4lime wheels

Preparation

Make the green juice: In a blender, combine the apple, kale, romaine, celery, and cucumber, and blend until smooth. Add ice water as needed to help the juice blend.

Strain the juice through a fine-mesh sieve set over a medium bowl. Use the back of a wooden spoon to gently push the solids against the sieve to release as much liquid as possible.

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice, then pour in green juice, Silver Tequila, simple syrup, and lime juice. Shake for about 20 seconds, until cold.

Spread the salt on a small plate.

Rub the rims of 2 glasses with a lime wheel, then dip in the salt to coat.

Fill the glasses with crushed ice, then strain the cocktail into the glasses, dividing evenly. Garnish each glass with a fresh lime wheel.
