Ingredients

1cupchocolate,(leftover Easter chocolate)

⅞cupbutter

2eggs

3egg yolks

¼cupsugar

⅘cupplain flour

1tart shell,9-inches, pre-baked

6egg whites

1½cupscaster sugar

1tbspvanilla extract

1tspvinegar

1cupcocoa powder

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

Gently melt the chocolate and butter together over a bain-marie. Once combined, take off from the heat.

Stir in the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar. Fold in the flour.

Pour into the tart shell, then bake for 15 minutes.

Whisk the egg whites with an electric hand whisk. Once foamy, gradually add in the sugar, followed by the vanilla and vinegar. Then, whisk until stiff peaks form.

Spoon on top of the chocolate tart, then bake for 30 minutes.

Cut into slices and serve. Enjoy!
