Ingredients

3garlic cloves,minced

¼cupbutter

¼cupolive oil

1lbmedium shrimp,peeled and deveined, uncooked

¼cuplemon juice

½tsppepper

¼tspdried oregano

½cupparmesan cheese,grated

¼cupdry bread crumbs

¼cupfresh parsley,minced

8ozlinguine pasta,or pasta of choice, cooked

Preparation

In a 10 inch skillet, saute garlic in butter and oil for 1 to 2 minutes. Add the shrimp, lemon juice, and pepper. Cook and stir until the shrimp turn pink.

Combine pepper, oregano, parmesan cheese, bread crumbs and parsley in a small bowl.

Sprinkle on top of the shrimp and broil for 2 to 3 minutes until it starts to brown.

Serve with hot pasta, and enjoy!
