Ingredients
1bunchasparagus
2tbspolive oil
salt and freshly cracked pepper,to taste
1lemon,halved
4tbspfresh parmesan cheese,grated
Preparation
Preheat the grill to medium-high.
Wash the asparagus and break off the ends. Toss with olive oil and seasonings.
Place the lemon halves (cut side down) and asparagus on the grill, and grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turning halfway.
Remove the lemon and asparagus from the grill and immediately top with parmesan cheese.
Squeeze the grilled lemon over the top and serve warm.
