Ingredients
1lbextra large shrimp,peeled and deveined
1tbspolive oil
1tspgarlic,minced
¼cupcilantro leaves,chopped
1lime,juiced
salt and pepper,to taste
1cupmango,diced
1cupavocado,diced
1lime,juiced
½cupred bell pepper,minced
¼cupcilantro,chopped
¼cupred onion,minced
salt,to taste
Preparation
Heat the oil in a large pan over high heat. Season the shrimp generously with salt and pepper to taste.
Add the shrimp and cook for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until shrimp are pink and opaque. Add the garlic and cook for 1 minute more.
Stir in the lime juice and cilantro.
Combine the mango, avocado, lime, bell pepper, cilantro, onion, and salt in a bowl.
Serve with the shrimp, and enjoy!
