Ingredients

1cuplobster meat

2tbsponion,minced

5tbspbutter

4tbspall purpose flour

3cupsmilk

1½tspsalt

1cupheavy whipping cream

3tbspfresh chives,chopped

Preparation

In a medium size pot, sauté the lobster meat, onion and butter until onions are soft.

Stir the flour into the pot. When well blended, add the milk, salt and cream. Cook over a low heat until the soup has thickened.

Garnish soup with green onions, serve warm, and enjoy!
