Ingredients
3tbspflour
4cupswater
4tspBetter than Bouillon Chicken,or 2 chicken bouillon cubes
5ozshiitake mushrooms,sliced
8ozbaby bella mushrooms,sliced
1celery
1tbsplight butter,optional
Preparation
Place cold water and flour in a blender, then blend until smooth. Pour the mixture into a medium pot, then transfer the pot to the stove to heat at medium.
Add the celery, mushrooms, chicken bullion, and butter, then bring to a boil.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft.
Transfer the celery and 1 cup of the soup in a blender. Blend until smooth, then return it to the pot and simmer for a few minutes.
Serve warm, and enjoy!
