Ingredients
1cupunsalted butter
1cupbrown sugarpacked
½cupwhite sugar
2large eggs
2tspvanilla extract
2½cupsflour
1tspbaking soda
1tspsalt
1cupM&Ms
½cupsemi-sweet chocolate chips
Preparation
To the stand mixer, add the butter, brown sugar and sugar.
Beat until light and fluffy, then add in the eggs one at a time.
Add in the vanilla, flour, baking soda and salt until just barely combined on low speed.
Fold in the M&Ms and chocolate chips with a wooden spoon.
Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
For the cookie into 2 tablespoon-sized cookie dough balls.
Bake at 350 degrees F for 10 to 12 minutes.
