Ingredients

2 tbsp unsalted butter

1 cup M&M’s Chocolate

½ cup almonds

2 cups marshmallows

¾ cup coconut

Preparation

In a non-stick, medium-sized saucepan, melt the butter and marshmallows, over medium heat until smooth. Remove from heat.

Add the almonds and coconut, coating completely with the marshmallow mixture. Cool for 10 minutes.

Add the M&Ms chocolate and fold to combine.

Using buttered spoons, shape into balls and roll in shredded coconuts to coat. If you love to try other variations, you can make tropical snowballs, by reducing the coconut to ½ cup and adding ¼ cup of dried fruit such as pineapple, banana chips (broken into small pieces), or papaya.
