Ingredients
2 mangoes, medium-sized, peeled, pitted, and coarsely chopped
4 apricots, ripe, pitted, and coarsely chopped
½ cup strawberries, ripe, hulled, and coarsely chopped
½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
1 cup low-fat milk
2 tbsp fresh orange juice
½ tsp vanilla
4 strawberries, whole, hulled for garnishing, optional
Preparation
Combine the chopped mangoes, apricots, strawberries, yogurt, milk, orange juice, and vanilla in a blender.
Blend for about 1 to 2 minutes until the mixture becomes smooth.
Pour the mixture evenly into 4 large glasses.
If desired, garnish each glass with a hulled strawberry or add protein toppings like chia and granola. Pop a straw in there and enjoy!
