Ingredients

2mangosripe, peeled

8ozlow fat cream cheeseor fat free

⅓cupnatural sweeteneror coconut sugar

3tbsphoneyadjust to suit your taste

2tsplemon juicefreshly squeezed

¼cupdesiccated coconutshredded

Preparation

Combine all ingredients into a food processor, and process until smooth and free from lumps.

Pour into 4 serving glasses, and serve with strawberries, extra chopped mangoes, greek yogurt, or extra coconut.
