Ingredients
2ripe mangoes
½lime juice
½medium red onion
¼cupcilantro
1chili pepper,minced, optional
½tspsalt
Preparation
Using a table knife, cut to either side of the mango pit. Cut a grid pattern in the mango flesh. Then turn the mango half inside out so it looks like a porcupine. Knock the mango chunks into a mixing bowl or serving dish.
Add remaining ingredients to the mangoes.
Have a taste and adjust the flavors until desired taste is achieved.
Serve with chips and enjoy.
