Ingredients

¼cuppure maple syrup

24pecan halves

¼cuppecans,finely chopped

¼cupwhipping cream

⅓cupGreek yogurt,fat-free

8ozcream cheese,⅓ less fat, softened

5tbspsugar

1tsplemon juice,fresh

1tspvanilla

Preparation

Combine the maple and pecans in a medium bowl.

With an electric mixer, beat the heavy cream in a separate bowl until stiff peaks form. Fold in the yogurt, then set aside.

With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in the whipped cream until combined.

Pour the cream cheese mixture into a piping bag or large zip lock bag with the end cut off.

Place ½ tablespoon of the chopped pecans in the bottom of each small shot glass.

Pipe in the cream cheese mixture and top each with 3 maple pecan halves.

Serve at once, and enjoy!
