Ingredients
4chicken breasts
1cupmargarita mix
½tspsalt
¼tsppepper
Preparation
Pour margarita mix over chicken breast and let marinate for 2 hours in the refrigerator.
When ready to prepare drain and dust with salt and black pepper to taste.
Grill chicken on medium-high heat for 5 to 7 minutes per side or until internal temperature hits 157 to 160 degrees F.
Place chicken breast on top of black beans and serve with a serving of Mexican rice and a generous helping of Pico de Gallo. Enjoy!
