Ingredients
12 oz elbow macaroni
15 oz marinara sauce
1½ cups celery, chopped
1 cup sweet pickle relish
4 oz black olives, sliced
1 red onion, small and chopped
1½ cups mayonnaise
salt and pepper, to taste
Preparation
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil.
Add macaroni and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente. Drain, and rinse under cold water.
Put macaroni in a serving bowl. Mix in the other ingredients and add salt and pepper to taste.
Cover and chill for at least 2 hours before serving.
