Ingredients
1stickunsalted butter
1ctrmascarpone cheese
3cupsconfectioners’ sugar
1tsppure vanilla extract
Preparation
In a bowl, beat the butter until smooth. Beat in the mascarpone cheese until combined. Add the sugar and vanilla and beat until smooth.
Refrigerate the filling for about 2 hours until it is slightly firm.
Use as desired and enjoy.
