Ingredients
1cauliflower head,medium, cut up into florets
4garlic cloves,crushed
⅓cupbuttermilk,1%
salt and pepper,to taste
1tbspsalted butter,plus optional more for serving
Preparation
Steam or boil the cauliflower and garlic until soft.
Drain the cauliflower, then place in a bowl.
Add in the buttermilk, butter, salt, pepper into the bowl, then purée with an immersion blender.
Top with butter, serve, and enjoy!
