Ingredients

1 lb ground beef

1 tsp onion powder

2 burger buns

¼ cup ketchup

¼ cup prepared yellow mustard

½ tsp bouillon granules, or burger seasoning

4 bacon rashers, halved, cooked crispy

4 slices tomatoes

½ cup pickles, roughly 6 slices

2 slices cheddar cheese

Preparation

Mix the beef and onion powder together in a bowl. Season with salt and black pepper.

Roll the beef into 4 equally sized balls and press each ball in between sheets of wax paper until they become about ⅛ -inch thick.

Grill the patties in the flat griddle for 2 to 3 minutes per side, making sure to season them with bouillon or burger seasoning as you go. Set aside when done.

On the same griddle over medium heat, briefly toast the buns then transfer them onto a plate.

Layer the ketchup, mustard, and any other toppings you want inside the buns. For this recipe, our toppings were tomatoes, pickles, and cheddar cheese slices.

Place the patties in the buns and arrange your burgers any way you want. Enjoy!
