Ingredients

4 bagels, toasted

4 large eggs

1 tbsp butter

salt and ground black pepper , to taste

½ lb sliced ham

1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

Preparation

Melt the butter in a nonstick pan. Throw in your ham and cook until browned and crisp.

Once done, place the ham on the lower half of the toasted bagel.

In a bowl, lightly whisk the eggs and add them to the pan. Season it with salt and pepper.

Cook and shift the eggs around in the pan for up to two minutes, then sprinkle cheese over them.

Once the cheese has melted, flip the eggs over and cook for 30 more seconds.

Remove from the heat and layer the ingredients between bagel slices.

Serve warm and savor your protein-filled sandwich!
