Ingredients

4 cups vanilla low-fat yogurt

10 oz frozen strawberries, with added sugar, sliced and thawed

⅓ cup frozen blueberries, thawed

½ cup granola

Preparation

Pour ½ cup of yogurt into the bottom of a parfait cup or tall glass. Add ½ cup of strawberries on top of the yogurt.

Add 1 tablespoon of blueberries into the glass. Then, pour ½ cup of yogurt over the fruits. Top off with a sprinkle of granola.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the next 3 servings. Serve and enjoy.
