Ingredients

1cupavocadodiced
⅓cupred onionvery thinly sliced
1jalapenoseeds and ribs removed, finely diced
½cupcilantro leaveschopped
¼cuplime juice
¾cuptomato sauce
½cupketchup
2tbsporange juice
Salt and pepperto taste
lime wedgesfor garnish
Preparation
Place the shrimp, avocado, red onion, jalapeno and cilantro in a large bowl.
In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, tomato sauce, ketchup, orange juice, salt and pepper.
Pour the sauce over the shrimp, then toss to coat evenly.
Serve garnished with lime wedges, and enjoy!
