Ingredients

3 tbsp all-purpose flour

3½ tbsp brown sugar

¼ tsp baking powder

1½ tbsp vegetable oil

3 tbsp peanut butter, of your choice

2 egg whites, at room temperature

¼ cup dark chocolate chips

Preparation

In a mixing bowl, sift together sugar, baking powder, and flour. Set aside.

In another mixing bowl, combine oil, egg whites, and peanut butter. Mix until smooth.

Fold sifted flour mixture into your peanut butter mixture until evenly combined. Do not overmix.

Lastly, fold in chocolate chips until just combined.

Transfer your mixture into microwave friendly mug. Add enough batter until it fills up to ¾ of the mug.

Microwave the cake on high for a minute roughly, or until a cake tester comes out clean.

When done, transfer to a cool area and allow to cool down. To make this presentable, either dust with icing sugar or top with a generous scoop of ice cream before serving.
