Ingredients

1 carton Cool Whip

14 oz Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk, (1 can)

1 can pineapple, drained, crushed

1 cup pecans, chopped

¼ cup lemon juice

1 can Angel Flake coconut

2 graham cracker pie shells

Preparation

In a big bowl, mix together lemon juice and condensed milk.

Fold in Cool Whip, pineapple, pecans, and coconut flakes.

Pour into 2 graham cracker pie shells.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
