Ingredients

2 oz champagne

9.5 oz orange juice

1/2 cup strawberries

Preparation

Mix together the champagne and orange juice. Use half of this mixture to fill popsicle molds 1/3 of the way.

Allow the layers to freeze for about 1 hour, then insert popsicle sticks into the molds.

Mix the strawberries and 3 tablespoons of orange juice together. Pour this mixture into the molds and freeze once more.
