Ingredients

1½cupsall-purpose flour

3½tspbaking powder

¼tspsalt

4tspwhite sugar

1¼cupsmilk

1egg

4tbspbutter,melted

Preparation

Add the dry ingredients and whisk together, then add the wet and combine fully.

Heat a pan or griddle on medium-low heat and coat with a small layer of butter.

Cook the pancakes on both sides until lightly browned for about 45 seconds on each side.
