Ingredients

2cupsheavy cream,at room temperature

¼cuppowdered sugar

2tspvanilla extract

3.4ozvanilla pudding mix,1 box, prepared according to box

4cupsblueberries,2 pints

2lbsstrawberries,hulled and halved

2tbspsugar

1vanilla pound cake,cut into 1-inch cubes

Preparation

Add the heavy cream, powdered sugar and vanilla extract to a stand mixer.

Whip to stiff peaks, then fold in the prepared vanilla pudding.

Mix the berries with the sugar, then let sit for 5 minutes.

Layer the pound cake, then pudding, then berries in the trifle bowl.

Make a second layer of the pound cake, then pudding, then end with a large mountain of berries.

Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Serve, and enjoy!
