Ingredients

18¼ oz vanilla cake mix, (1 package), or any cake mix

12 oz cherries, canned, preferably unsweetened

2 tbsp all-purpose flour

3 eggs

⅓ cup vegetable oil

1 tsp baking powder

⅔ cup milk

Preparation

Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F. Line your muffin tin with cupcake liners.

Mix all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl until a batter mixture is formed.

Fill up your lined muffin tin until ¾’s full, then tap to remove any excess air.

Bake for roughly 25 minutes or until the muffins are lightly browned and a cake tester comes out clean.

Allow your muffins to cool at room temperature while still in the muffin tin.

Remove from the tin and serve.
