Ingredients
16bamboo skewers
48grape tomatoes
48smallbasil leaves
1lbfresh mozzarella,cut into thirty-two 1-inch cubes
3tbspolive oil
1tbspbalsamic vinegar
salt and freshly cracked black pepper
Preparation
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, balsamic, salt, and pepper.
Marinate mozzarella in dressing for about 30 minutes.
Thread tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella onto skewers.
Arrange on a platter and serve. Enjoy!
