Ingredients
16 oz spaghetti pasta, cooked and cooled
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
24 oz marinara sauce, (2 jars)
5½ oz red onion, chopped
5 oz mussels
¼ cup red wine
3 tbsp unsalted butter
6 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
¼ tsp dried thyme
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 pc bay leaf
1 tsp parmesan cheese
½ tsp parsley, chopped
salt and ground black pepper, to taste
¼ tsp parsley
1 tbsp parmesan cheese
Preparation
Combine all the ingredients, except for the seasonings, inside a crockpot. Cover the crockpot and cook its contents on high for about 2 hours.
Once you’re done cooking, adjust seasoning to taste with salt and pepper
Sprinkle some parmesan cheese and garnish with parsley. Serve. Bon Appetit!
